Cozy mountain view home w/ hot tub

Just 10 minutes west of Golden, nestled between Glacier National & Yoho National parks, this is the perfect base for your rocky mountain adventures, or to just relax in nature and get away from it all!

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset taking in the peaceful mountain views from the private hot tub, or in front of the fire. You can even hear the wolves howling from the near-by wolf centre.

30 mins to Kicking Horse Ski Resort
45 mins to Rogers Pass
1 hour 45 mins to Banff

Cozy space, about 1100 square feet with 2 private bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), 1.5 bathrooms and 2 additional twin beds in the loft. The loft has a low ceiling and ladder access.

The kitchen and living room are open concept and stocked with everything you need, including a Breville espresso machine for chilly mornings and an easy to use propane pizza oven to use for pizza nights (90 seconds for a pizza!). The TV uses a Roku box and we have a YouTube Premium and Amazon Prime Video for your viewing pleasure!

Please note:

Accessibility- The living space is on the second floor. You need to use the stairs to access the living space, and the loft is accessed with a ladder as seen in the pictures.

There is no cell phone service once you turn off the highway and enter the valley. Our Starlink internet works great and along with WiFi calling you can send/receive texts/calls. *Please scan the QR code in the Welcome Notes for instructions on turning WiFi calling on.*

We are in the wild, so bear and other wildlife encounters can happen. That said, you`re free to wander the 5 acres of wilderness. 3 of the acres are fenced in that generally do a good job at keeping wildlife out.

Please no pets due to allergies.

You`ll have the property to yourself, but no access to the garage.

We are not on site but can be reached on the Airbnb app if there are any issues or questions about your stay. Our co-host can be reached via Airbnb for any direct onsite issues as well.

There is no public transit in the area, you will need a car to get here (with snow tires in the winter)

Guest is responsible for any damage to the hot tub, or any additional cleaning fees for misuse of the hot tub.
