"I paid top dollar for my room only to find trash under the desk, where the coffee pot was also the extra 25 dollar fee to check in 1 hour before 4pm but we had to check out before 11am thats not even 24 hours. I was in room 1330 and i could still smell the staleness in it from last people must. of stunk or smoked. Also heatring the neighbors kids scream all night was a nightmate sence when does black hawk welcome kids."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mandy and her families property. We had everything we needed to make homemade meals during our stay, they had every accommodation we could have asked for plus some, my toddler was so excited that there were fun toys to play with, we only wish there wasn’t a fire ban so we could have enjoyed the backyard fire ring but hopefully next time! "The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean and comfortable. The TV is good quality. Be nice to have more than four hangers in the closet but no big deal. There is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig with 2 free cups in the room. Two free bottle of water too, you can easily get more at the bars. It's a Caesar's property so bring your rewards card. The food at Brews Brothers is great for casual dining. The free wifi has good signal strength. The free parking garage had plenty of room, it was easy to park close to the elevator entrance."

"This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It feels remote yet only 5 minutes from downtown Black Hawk. The house was older but had the essential updates and was very clean. We were there mid April and lucky enough to get an inch or so of snow. The host was extremely responsive throughout the process. "
