"Hotel is under renos. so, it is rough around the edges and dated but very clean and the reception desk staff was super friendly and very clear about check in and check out and even remembered my name at my check out call. the service was great and would stay again."

"The room is clean and has complete sets of cutleries and other kitchen utensils. It also has a lot of spare linens which is good if your gonna stay for a longer period of time. The staff is very helpful and is very accommodating."

"Location is in a nice area. Checkin was seamless. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent shower and lots of room for everyone. Pet friendly which is a big plus with a nice little outdoor space. I would stay again. "

"Freezing cold when we arrived, only having access to oil heaters meant that it took over 24hrs before the bnb was somewhat comfortable. Screaming baby the entire first night. Tripping hazards on the walkway to the back entrance. Wish I could get a refund. "

"This is not a single family home . There are permanent residents downstairs and the walls are paper thin . Additionally the two fireplaces do not work .This place is very tired . Missing lights in closets , bathrooms and kitchen . The towels in bathroom were old and between the four of us there was one old facecloth . We inquired about more and they dropped off a pkg of cleaning clothes to use as face clothes . The couches and chairs were not clean and there was mold and rot in the bathrooms along with cob webs . The dishes were fine but the frying pans and cookie sheets were filthy and old and could barely cook eggs as they were so old everything stuck . The beds were ok and bedding was clean . Two of the three beds were pretty hard and needed a step ladder to get up on them . It needs to be painted and windows cleaned … not an appealing place to hang out . We were very disappointed as the pictures looked fantastic . It’s on a very busy road and traffic was loud all night . Unfortunately we will not be back . "

"This booking was cancelled. We had bought the cancellation insurance but have not received a refund as of yet. The place was not large enough to house two adults and a child. I am over 80 and was confused by the fact that it said children were welcome, not realizing that the child had to be one of the two it was rented for. Sylvia"
