Location very nice close to nature Service not friendly Rules of the hotel???? Breakfast 8-10am , 1 minute after 10 am breakfast was not available Spa Staff - rude

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback, we value all reviews from our customers. Our breakfast is served between 7 and 10.00 we always wait extra 15 min for late arrivals. We have checked our CCTV cameras, you have arrived for your breakfast 19 min past 11 am and unfortunately that was too late to serve food. Best Regards, Reception team of Ventus Hotel

W takim Hotelu jeszcze nie byłem..
Niesamowicie miła i uprzejma obsługa. Czysto w każdym kącie. Wygodne i przestrzenne pokoje. Wyposażenie pokoju nowe i idealnie dobrane. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Rowery, basen, sauny, na zewnątrz wygodne meble i hamaki. Jednym słowem idealnie. Obsługa hotelowa : recepcji, restauracji hotelowej czy room service bardzo miła, usmiechnięta. Jesteśmy z żoną bardzo zadowoleni.
