The open plan living area features sleek blackbutt floorboards, a wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioner and a ceiling fan for year round comfort. The kitchen boasts stylish brushed gold fixtures, an integrated Bosch dishwasher, a Bosch oven and induction cooktop, a microwave, and a breakfast bar with three stools. Enjoy meals at the glass dining table. The living area offers a comfy sofa, an armchair, and a Smart TV with a sound bar. Step out onto the north and east-facing balcony with seating for three and views of the garden and pool. The bedroom includes blackbutt flooring, a ceiling fan with dimmable light, a queen-sized bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters, second wall mounted A/C and a sliding door to a second balcony. The bathroom features stone flooring and wall tiles, a brushed gold sink, a spacious shower with a frameless glass screen, and a heated towel rack. A European-style laundry with a AEG washing machine and condenser dryer completes the apartment. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and secure undercover parking. Complimentary pool towels are provided.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the top level and can be entered into via the common hallway on street level or if you have a car then there is direct access from the basement car park to the apartment. Guests also have full use of the common swimming pool within the complex

Situated on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast between Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads offers world class beaches and surf breaks against a lush national park backdrop. The apartment itself is perfectly located, walking distance to a great choice of eateries, Tallebudgera beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, The Village Markets, Burleigh Arts and Crafts on the Coast, and the Gold Coast Recreation Centre. Surfers Paradise is just over 20 minutes by car, with Dreamworld, Sea World and Movie Worlds all only half an hour away.



Getting Around:

The Village Markets and Gold Coast Recreation Centre, with Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movie World all half an hour away by car.



Guest parking is available in the visitors’ section of the secure, undercover car park. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop close to the complex with services taking you into Burleigh Heads in about 35 minutes and Surfers Paradise in under an hour.

We booked this apartment for its close proximity to family and also all of the great things that are in walking distance, like restaurants, walk paths, beach and creek access. There are stairs to consider to reach the accommodation, but can’t fault the quality of the unit and everything it contains. True home away from home and will be booking again.

A beautiful apartment. Ultra modern appliances beautiful decor comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay only downer is the noise of the traffic as apartment is on a busy intersection, unable to sit outside or leave door open. Also a fare climb up the stairs
