We liked the price and felt Pacific Coast Motel offered everything the more expensive motels offer without the level of quality, ie the bathroom amenities were average but the water pressure was great. The air conditioning was good. Also nice to have a unit that allowed fresh air (large ranch slider). Of note, there were not fresh towels every day (1 towel for three days) but extra towels were provided on request.

Very quiet considering it is on a main road. Easy walk or bike to the Aquatic Centre and Shopping. Good CCTV coverage on premises. Friendly staff.

This property was in excellent condition, very clean, great water pressure, very comfortable mattress. The only negative was that the pillows were too soft and flimsy, maybe a medium pillow would be better. Overall a really lovely stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable with a pillow top. A reverse cycle aircon unit heated the room quickly. The kitchenette and bathroom were both well maintained and spotless. The room size was large and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional. Check-in using Expedia was quick and no issues. I was on the ground floor with the single space carpark in front of the ground floor units. Checkout time was a little noisy with everyone leaving, but that is to be expected and only a minor thing. An overall great experience.

Well the fact after booking online and paying I get there and I’m rudely told that no I can’t have a room that they are under maintenance (yet no work happening there). And I still haven’t been refunded..a total disgrace left me $150 down in heat with all my luggage and no where else to go ..

On check in we discovered our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, (bed unmade, rubbish everywhere). We left and gave them time to sort it. However, cleanliness is not a high priority, dishes/utensils I cleaned in the cupboard, rubbish behind the bedside tables. Bedsides not wiped over (still sticky with cup marks). No hairdryer provided in the room, nor offered when asked. Kitchenette cleaning supplies were old and minimal, no dish drainer, one dish liquid sachets for three days, it’s no wonder guests don’t assist in maintaining clean dishes. No pictures on the walls, even though there are hooks, so a basic white room. Sadly bedside lights had been updated yet the wall not painted. What could be a cute stay was not. The online photos were not a true comparison of the property.

Very comfortable Motel

Being a Helicopter pilot I often fly and stay on the Coast for work… I have stayed at the Pacific Coast Motel at Labrador a few times as I find it very quiet, comfortable and reasonable cost… staff very friendly and helpful… always enjoy my stay here
