"The beds feel like rollaway cots they aren't very stable. The room wasn't the cleanest, dust was caked on places like the top of the fridge. Bathroom had dead flies in one corner. When you check in they have a hundred rules plastered on the wall like you can't drink in your own room even though there were people drinking and being loud at the pool. You can't be on your balcony after a certain period. You can't make any noise after a certain time. Threats of penalties or being asked to leave with no refund. "

"This property really did surprise us, for the price we did not have high expectations. Nice clean rooms with a expansive bathroom, refrigerator/microwave. Our room was on the ground level with an ocean view. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Do not miss this charming coastal hotel!"

"The room(s) had been “upgraded” recently. However, they must have used an inexperienced or unlicensed contractor, as the new tile was falling off the bathroom wall and the cabinets are not adjusted to easily open. The room smelled dirty. The bedspread had uncleaned spots on it and the toilet bowl had not been scrubbed for some time. The new faucet is loose. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hot tubs advertised on Expedia have been out of service for 2 years and it is expected it will be 2 more years. Staff said they have requested 3rd party services to take that off the site. WITH 5 minutes effort, the nest of cords hanging down from the TV could be made much more today. The breakfast area was less than clean, had a folding table with a hot plate on a folding table and filthy cabinets. Variety was burnt scrambled eggs, country fried hashbrowns, cold cereal, muffins and cold cereal. Customers had to go ask front desk help for additional supplies. However, the view from our balcony was top notch. Right above the ocean with unobstructed view. "

"This is a wonderful cottage on a bluff overlooking the ocean. I could enjoy the sound of waves from inside and the view was of the long sandy beach and the ocean. Sunsets were wonderful.The cottage had all the basics; comfortable bed, quality dishes and a complete kitchen.I spent a month and used the cottage as a base to walk sections of the Oregon Coast Trail.It was a peaceful and beautiful experience."
