"Our stay at HaGoshrim exceeded our even high expectations. It was like a little oasis. Spacious and comfortable rooms (we had the garden suites). AMAZING food. There were so many options at the breakfast and dinner buffet and all delicious. There were plenty of activities to do in the area, like rafting, horseback riding (ask for the farm on the property run by Soof, who does riding classes and tours out in the gorgeous countryside). "We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"המלון והשירות נעימים, חדר גדול ונח, חדר אוכל נעים, אך החוויה שלנו נפלה בדברים אחרים - 1. הזמנו באתר הוטלס, רשום שהוספת א.בוקר במקום כ- 10 דולר. התקשרתי גם לפני הביקור לוודא. בצ'ק אין שילמנו (חמישה ליומיים) תוספת 335 ש"ח ארוחות בוקר. ביום השני בחדר האוכל אמרו שצריך להסדיר את תשלום הארוחות בקבלה, שם נמסר שכן גבו עבור ארוחות לכולנו - אבל רק ליום הראשון !! וצריך לשלם עוד 330 ש"ח עבור היום השני ושזה התעריף. לא יודע אם זה בטעות חד פעמית רק אצלנו (שחייבו בהתחלה רק ליום אחד שיראה זול) או הטעייה...

"Waiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed. "

"Room is clean, property is pleasant, lots of outdoor seating. Could be spruced up a bit, there were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, the shower gasket was torn so the entire room got flooded while showering. Biggest problem is the wi-fi which was painfully slow - so slow that we ended up using our phone hotspot instead of the hotel's wi-fi. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they didn't seem to care."
