"All of the staff we met were very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was just the right pressure for being upstairs. "This was our third stay at Sandy Balls. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly and the units are always spotless. We have a welcome gift for our dog (which is much appreciated!) and the facilities are great on site (the restaurants and pool). Some of the other residents were not so great, but that is to be expected on any UK staycation type place - unless you have the entire place to yourself, there are always people that don't get along. The Sandyballs team (Especially the out of hours wardens) are amazing and so polite, kind and helpful. We love staying here, despite the freezing cold february weather!"
