"A large house with a great and safe location and good parking. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A few notes: the living room does not have an AC so during the day it gets quite hot and given that you are on the island, there are a lot of little ants in the kitchen so you can’t leave anything out in the counter. The host does provide various sprays but constantly spraying chemicals in the area where you eat isn’t ideal. There are also 4 loving cats running around or nearby the property which adds a cute charm to the house as well. Overall a good stay!"

"We had the most wonderful time in this hotel. The pool is warm, the rooms are absolutely beautiful. They cook you breakfast every morning and they actually bake fresh bread. If you leave jewelry out, the cleaner will put them away in drawers. You may do a mini scavenger hunt to find your things, but it’s extremely safe and trustworthy."

"Travelled as a couple, staying in room 18 which was one of the larger options. The hotel was more like a spa retreat than an Ibiza-type hotel. Really quiet and chill. Staff were all amazing and helpful. Breakfast was sensational! We would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Ibiza."

"Overall a good stay for price paid. Property was very clean. Rooms are somewhat updated. Comfortable bed. Basic but nice, updated gym. Breakfast was better than anticipated — well run, always clean tables, friendly cooks. The “free parking” is actually street parking, but there was always an open spot in the lot in front (which is public parking) or around the neighborhood, just have to look or be creative (there is no hotel parking). Entrance is confusing- main entrance in front facing harbor has no elevator, no ramps, and it’s up a few flights of stairs to get to lobby. Tiny broken sign says “R..tion” (reception with missing letters, truly sad and reflective of management), this is the front side with no elevator. Back entrance has zero signage, not even hotel name. (Park in back for checkin, if you can). Reception staff were very nice. Hotel could be so much better if the owners / management cared. Lots of wear and tear. Broken floor tiles throughout. Half of exterior and lobby looks slick (new), half looks run down (the front and the hallways and the room condition). or abandoned (lower front - taped up, abandoned restaurant signs).. Could use a refresh — could be much nicer with minimal investment."

"We absolutely loved our stay! So close to all of the action, but far enough to feel relaxed. The orchards around the property and plants make you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere - but then you’re 10 minutes to the best restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, pool was perfect and the beds were so comfortable and actually a king size. Will definitely stay again."

"Jose was a wonderful welcoming host. Communication was good and he allowed us to have a later check-out which was very helpful given we had evening flights.The pool is superb with lots of different spaces to catch sun or shade. The house is huge and quirky. It is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, so it's perfect for chilled relaxation time. The two visiting cats were a bonus!We managed without a car, but the walk to the nearest bakery and supermarket is best done early in the morning because it is a big hill to climb coming back! Lots of restaurants within half an hour's walk and taxis were fairly easy to get for wider exploring. Teenagers might grumble about wifi to two of the bedrooms, but it is fine in the main rooms and on the porch."

"The villa was better than expected and perfect for a large group. We loved dining in the alfresco area for long lunches and hanging out by the pool. The air conditioning in all the rooms was amazing. The bedrooms were all a good size.Only a 10 Minute drive to Cala Llonga which had great cafes and a nice beach."
