THE SPACE In 1900 the town baker built this Victorian home near his downtown bakery, and now we invite you to enjoy your vacation at A Baker’s Victorian, within a half block from all that historical downtown Glenwood has to offer too.
Fully renovated from top to bottom, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with marble and in-floor heating, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The main level showcases high ceilings and oversized windows that flood the living room and dining room with an abundance of natural light, creating a welcoming and bright atmosphere.
The newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen, features brand new stainless steel appliances and opens up to a small deck with that can be used in the warmer months for grilling. Gather around the large dining table that seats 8, perfect for family game nights and meals together. End your day with a relaxing soak at the hot springs pools or indulge in a visit to an ice cream shop, all within walking distance.
Four comfortable bedrooms and two shared bathrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, two bedrooms offer queen beds and the fourth is furnished with bunk beds, perfect for kids! There is a full bathroom and a half bathroom, both with heated floors and marble tiles. The half bathroom also serves as the laundry room.
Whether you prefer outdoor adventures or leisurely strolls through our picturesque town, this comfortable home provides easy access to all that town has to offer.

The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. We spent a girl's weekend with 5 friends in Glenwood and this house was absolutely perfect for us! The location is amazing, walking distance to everything and right in town. The house had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully redone home! I traveled with my family (6 adults, a toddler, and a newborn), and the space was perfect for all of us. The house was spotless and thoughtfully updated—especially the bathrooms, which were absolutely gorgeous. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to walk everywhere, from dinner and ice cream to brunch spots. It made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!
Great location, easy access to all things to do in Glenwood. Loved being able to walk to restaurants. The house is nicely remodeled. It was a great house for four adults for a girls weekend.
Clean, comfortable, charming victorian nicely updated. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, hot springs. Your in town so not a quiet neighborhood but felt safe.
It was spectacular location, beds so comfortable, lots of items in kitchen and eatery/glassware. Tons of towels provided. The management company was so responsive and quick to get back to me which was nice. We could walk everywhere we wanted in town. It was simply perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The home couldn’t be closer to the main thoroughfare making walking to/from the train, hot springs and restaurants very convenient. The home was clean and nicely renovated with all of the necessary amenities. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

This is absolutely the cutest house! Even cuter than the photos. We had such a great stay and I can’t recommend it enough. We all loved the ambience and character of the house, it fit our large group perfectly (kids and adults), the amenities were great, it was the ideal location and we could walk to all of the wedding events we were in town for, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The owner/management was super responsive and helpful. It was very clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again!
Great value for a larger group. Lots of space and bathrooms. Great location, just a block of Grand where everything is located. Things were also nice and clean, plenty of towels.
Cons: they said all the windows had curtains now but there were still 4 main windows we had to cover with sheets. It butts up to a parking lot so cars are parked right outside those windows. The Xfinity boxes didn’t work either.
Very cute house that is nicely updated. Location is great and is walkable to the Hot Springs and everything downtown. We didn't use our car once after getting to the rental. There was some confusion with the bunk beds, as there is one set of twin bunk beds in the room, and when I asked we were told they were one set of full, so we had to make due with some tighter sleeping arrangements with 4 kids. Other than that it was great and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay again and maybe bring an air mattress.
The property was super cute. The location was great because you are in walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. The hot springs are also within walking distance and are a must! Also nice that this residence is dog friendly...huge plus! There are 2 reasons I am giving 4 stars...#1..The couch in the living room looks and smells a little too loved, I think it may be time for an upgrade. #2...The backyard patio furniture needs an umbrella at a minimum...you could not sit outside without the sun beating down on you...super uncomfortable. We spent our time on the front porch instead. All in all it was a really nice stay!
Cute Victorian house in the heart of Glenwood Springs.
The house was clean and nicely updated. We loved the location that is walkable to restaurants and shops. It could use a little TLC. We weren’t able to get the main bedroom TV working. After talking with the property manager we decided to live without the TV in the bedroom. She was very helpful getting us dishwasher soap and salt delivered to the house. None of the bathroom doors fully closed. The main bathroom upstairs and the main floor bathroom faucets are loose where they attach to the counter. The towel rack in the upper bathroom is loose and the toilet runs. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were good. We would stay in this house again in the future.
We love the location and walkability to downtown Glenwood for the shopping and restaurants. The home was very charming, well-kept and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
