Located on a quiet residential street on the Glenwood Springs Golf Course with panoramic mountain views, this spacious house offers an inviting feel from the moment you arrive. Upon entering, guests are drawn into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the mountains and Colorado River.

The layout of this beautifully decorated home creates a perfect space for families to gather or couples who are traveling together. You will never feel crowded with all of the space this house offers! Guests will enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms along with 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, office, pool table, great room, additional family/TV room, wet bar, garage and viewing decks.

The master suite (upstairs) has a king size bed, full spa like bathroom including bidet, private deck which boasts beautiful views, a relaxing fireplace and a 55" flat screen TV.

The second bedroom (upstairs) offers two twin beds which conveniently convert into a king-sized bed upon request. This bedroom has a private access door to the bath that is located off the kitchen area.

The third bedroom (downstairs) has a queen sized bed, and a nicely appointed bathroom.

The fourth bedroom (downstairs) offers a queen size bed, viewing deck, full bathroom and a 40" flat screen TV.

When it is time to relax, play pool or watch a movie, the great room or family room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen TV, wet bar and comfortable seating. There are many areas to enjoy a quiet and relaxing cocktail or glass of wine while taking in the spectacular views.

Chefs can also take advantage of the nicely appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you may need to cook a delicious meal.

The location is ideal for guests who feel like exploring Glenwood Springs as you are located just a short 4 minute drive to downtown Glenwood Springs and the following activities: hot springs pool, vapor caves, adventure park and caverns, river rafting trips, restaurants, shopping , golf and much more!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. My rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and parties. Evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure that you are comfortable with these policies prior to booking this property.

This property is equipped with outdoor only cameras for the safety of our guests and the community.

Glenwood Springs Stay

Location and view were great. House had a lot of steps for older people but that is what you get when you build on the side of a canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Hangout

This place was a great place for our family getaway. The were only six of us, but we all had our own space. Great centralized location to Meyne activities in the area. We had a great experience and were able to cook many meals on site rather than eating out all the time. I would recommend staying here.

This house is a jewel in Glenwood Springs, CO. The views are amazing and the house is spacious and nice. It's minutes from all the fun in Glenwood Springs and is easy to find and get to.

Beautiful home away from home!

This our 4th or 5th stay, and we just love it! Plenty of room for family with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom! The house is very well stocked with all the comforts of home.Location is great, we enjoy the view from the back patio. We will be back for sure to our beloved Glenwwood Springs and this beautiful home.

We managed to get out to 4 different ski venues. House was perfect! Loads of space, games and the pool table was a big time.Lovely kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large group.Really beautiful house

Lovely Home

This house is almost perfect! There is room for all our family. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pots, pans and baking items, as well as, herbs and spices. The front patio is perfect for evenings outside. This is our third year here and we hope to be back next year!

Picture Perfect

My husband and I, along with my brother & sister-in-law and our daughter were lucky enough to stay here during the Christmas holidays while visiting family in New Castle. The house, which is located just west of Glenwood Spring, is lovely and very well maintained - the rooms are spacious, with plenty of space to just hang out - and kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host was terrific to deal with throughout both our booking process and stay, and had even put up a Christmas tree and decorated the mantle. We enthusiastically recommend this property and will definitely return!

Had a good stay, late June 2024

Very nice house, spacious, in great condition, well equipped. Great view overlooking Glenwood Springs. A block away from the 9-hole Glenwood Springs Golf Club. Very convenient to the attractions in Glenwood Springs and the center of town. 4 bedrooms: 1 with a king bed in the spacious master suite, 2 with queen beds, 1 with twin beds. All have their own bathroom. We would rent the house again.

Yearly retreat

We come regularly to leaf peep, hike and enjoy the springs. We cannot say enough positive things about this home. It is spacious amd across the street from a golf course for my husband. Always clean and comfortable. The basement is a whole other home if you have two families. Dor us it is just perfect. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. We will continue to stay here

Great location, clean, gorgeous views. Everything was perfect. Loved the pool table! Kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of a meat thermometer. Garage door opener provided so we didn’t have to go out into the cold. Someone even shoveled our driveway! Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, great size for family of six.

The property was perfect for my family. We have stayed in five different homes and most hotels in Glenwood. We really enjoyed our time there. My wife absolutely loved the home. There was a problem with the TV in the master. For whatever reason, we could not get the cable tv to connect. I didn't care but my wife likes to fall asleep to the tv being on. I put on white noise and she was fast asleep.

Family vacation

This was perfect for our family! The house was clean, convenient (you will need a car as it is up a hill) and nice. I was looking for a place with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms and liked that this place had a bathroom for each bedroom. It also had a large couch for us to hang out together and a large table for eating and playing games. We definitely wanted a place with aircondlting as we were going in late July (and it ended up being in the 90's, so it was much appreciated). Have a basement lounge area with a pool table was appreciated also. The deck was great for morning coffee and evening conversation. This place checked all the boxes and was perfect for our family vacation in Glenwood Springs. Would highly recommend.

Fall trip

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a few nights this fall. Beautiful comfortable house. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with most of what you need (need a peeler). The pool table was a lot of fun and they have an assortment of DVDs for those of us over 40. The location is central and it’s easy to get downtown. The only downside is the house is on a hill overlooking i70 so there is some traffic noise. It didn’t bother me but it did others. But on the bright side you can see when there’s traffic. Watch out for the hot water. It’s scalding.
