Beautifully Decorated Contemporary Home Between Glenwood Springs & Carbondale CO

A newly renovated contemporary home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and the best of outdoor living.

The 1st floor features 20 ft ceilings, a grand piano, lovely art, a fireplace, master and guest bedrooms and a Smart TV. The kitchen offers Fisher/Paykel appliances and marble countertops with four bar stools, and a glass dining table for 6.

The master has a king bed and bath with heated floors, separate claw-tooth tub and a rain shower. The 1st-floor guest bedroom comes with ensuite bath. The upstairs hosts a loft with a media area, open office with printer, full bath and a 3rd bedroom with a queen murphy bed that can serve as a private office.

Each bedroom has its own flat-screen tv and wi-fi is available throughout the house. The garage will hold one car and two additional cars can be parked in the driveway. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Our back patio features dining for 6, a high bar pub set for two, a couch for four that surrounds a coffee table with a fire pit, hot tub, bird & hummingbird feeders, all overlooking lovely gardens.

You are strategically located in the Roaring Fork Valley between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. Both Glenwood Springs and Carbondale offer their own charms and fine dining. Glenwood Springs itself is home to the world's largest hot springs, world-class rafting and kayaking. The Glenwood Springs Recreation Center offers an Olympic-sized swimming pool and all of the equipment and classes to help you stay in shape!
For skiers, you are a little over 20 minutes from family-friendly Sunlight Mountain and about 45 minutes to Snowmass and other Aspen mountain resorts. For golfers you are 2 minutes from a truly unique, beautiful and challenging mountain course. For fly those of you who love fly fishing, you are in gold medal heaven - a five minute walk to private access to the Roaring Fork River and a short drive to the Frying Pan River. It is a paradise for hikers, bikers, river rats and star gazers. And for Aspen lovers, whether it is the music festival (throughout the summer) or the Ideas Festival, you'll have it too.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was well equipped for travelers and in a beautiful golf course community. The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. All appliances nice. Very good wifi. Beautiful flower garden behind house and very private patio.

Outstanding Place & Location

I was a bit skeptical as this location had no reviews before our stay, but we are SO glad we stayed there. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains and an amazing golf course next door. The house has three bedrooms and everything is top tier accommodated. The house has everything you could want (and more), a great hot tub, clear instructions, and fully appointed. The location is about 10 minutes or less to Glendwood downtown and about the same to Carbondale. We had so much fun fishing, rafting, hot spring(ing), and more. We'll be back!
