If I tell everyone how wonderful it is here they will all flock there and i won't ever get a spot again. But seriously a beautiful place and the white water rafting done the mountains was a bonus.
The cabin was clean and well-organized, with super friendly staff and a convenient gas station/store nearby. I would easily rate this cabin a perfect 10/10. My partner and I will definitely be coming back. The staff kindly accommodated our early arrival with a 3 PM check-in, even though we got there ahead of time from out of town, and they were more than happy to assist us.
Our stay in the postcard was pleasant and perfect, a romantic and private overnight getaway for two and two rambunctious dogs. The area has limited to no cell service, so I recommend downloading any Maps or instructions you need to get around the area before arriving at the Cabin. There is a landline and phone in the Cabin for emergencies and other phone communication, which was a great bonus given the lack of service. We were there during a fire burn, so there were no open fires, but they provided an additional outdoor tabletop electric grill for cooking due to the restriction, which was a great bonus for our trip.
Great time and a unique, peaceful experience.
I would prefer if you could see like a map and select your cabin of choice if available. Ours was right by a field and by the pictures I saw online I had expected a more woodsy view. Other than that the cabin was cute and relaxing.

The room is cozy, clean, and comfortable, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
The cabin was adorable. I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t in the forest but was rather right up against a cow pasture. That wasn’t a problem but the photos make it look really forested. The service and amenities were both great and we would stay again. We were a same day booking so all things considered it was a fantastic experience.
Cabin was spotless when we arrived, loved the cute little S’mores kit for Two they left for us. Also loved that they provided bundles of wood for the outdoor fire pit.
Communication with the host was seemless and easy. Love the little note they left for us in the cabin when we arrived.

The cabin is small, definitely too small for three adults. Basics were available. Staff member came by every day and was very helpful.
The cabin first steps are difficult to get onto. The bed is difficult to get into, not made for the elderly.

We loved it! Everything you need, comfy bed, kitchen basics, ample and re-stocked firewood for campfires. As aging tent campers, it was delightful to experience this cozy Post Card cabin.

The cabins are beautifully designed and equipped for comfort! Beautiful wooded setting! Absolutely recommend and also a great access point for anyone hiking or skiing Mt Adams! Klickitat County is really a hidden gem to explore!
This is exactly how I like to "camp", especially in the summer. I stopped doing tent camping a couple years ago because the heat is so unpredictable in the Pacific Northwest. The postcard cabin had all the fun of camping, without the miserable parts. The sites are far a part and private. It was in the 90s during our visit and it didn't bother me one bit. We will definitely be back. There isn't Wifi or 5G service, but there is great Wifi down the road at the gas station if you really need it. Also download the directions/map before you go, because it will disappear about 30 minutes before you get there. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten lost on Mt. Adams because of this! Lovely area, beautiful, private cabins with everything you need!!

This cabins are so cute and perfect for a getaway! Just know that even in town you will have no cellphone service. The staff was very quick to respond with a plumbing issue. We will definitely stay here again!

The drive to the cabin was nice in remote area. There will be no reception so you should try to get the information about the cabin before hand. The cabin is nice, cozy and clean. The location is quiet and remote. A very good 2 days getaway. Hood River is 45 minutes away so you can spend time there and come back to relax.
