"It was in a decent location and was clean. However it did smell of something and the smell was difficult to shake… even with the windows and doors left open. There were lots of little things missing: no dish towels to dry dishes, no effective plug in sink to do dishes, no bread knife to cut bread, no iron or ironing board, no where to hang washing. Mount Errigal Hotel Conference & Leisure Centre

"We loved our stay at Mount Errigal Hotel. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available, and the electric vehicle charging stations worked perfectly, which was a great bonus. The travel cot was in good condition, the mattress and sheets on it were lovely and clean. My only criticism relates to the food options for guests with food allergies. The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with an allergen menu but there were limited safe foods. As a result, we weren’t able to eat in the hotel restaurant during our stay. Wasn't a huge deal as we were able to travel to the local Tesco and bought GF cereals and milk, then ate in Letterkenny for dinner. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and plan to return."

"Hotel staff and facilities were perfect definitely recommended, only issue we had was the loud people from the bar walking past our room and slamming the wooden double doors that were situated outside our room. It was quite loud hearing them coming back from the bar shouting and talking and didn’t stop until 0130. Hotel etc was great though"

"The room was lovely and the food was nice but the service in the dining area was not good,it took almost 90 mins to get through dinner, we were left waiting ages to order,then ages to actually get our food and i actually had to ask the bar staff for dessert menus because no one came to out table for 25 minutes after we had finished our dinner, service needs to be a lot better"
