"Very misleading. They have pictures of an indoor pool (which is why we selected) and they do not have one which lead to two very disappointed, crying children. We paid for the room with a pullout but they had no bedding for it. The breakfast staff were very rude and seemed very irritated. The room had hand towels instead of bath towels and when the front desk was asked about the bedding and towels....they just replied they were "out""

"The property is located in an accessible place near the freeway and close to Denison Univerosty and Granville. The rooms and hallways are dated, the layout is spacious, just needs some renovation. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar as the people working and staying at the hotel were very nice. "

"Great house, lots of space, awesome game room, beautiful grounds! Our family enjoyed the large dinning room table for meals and games. The house was nicely cleaned and maintained. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars was pool & hot tub. The pool was awesome but the temperature in the room was chilly making it hard to spend significant time in the pool. The hot tub was nice but only fit three persons and was not easily accessible for persons with mobility issues. Overall a wonderful experience! "
