"Staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Food was good and everything was clean and tidy. Heating / water system outside of my room was quite noisy at night for some reason. Not so good if you are a light sleeper."

"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy.
