"Loved the location and the quaint house. Comfortable beds. We were unable to lock the downstairs door, and had to prop a chair under the handle. This should be looked at. Stairs to the beach are deteriorated. Handrail bolts at the top are all falling out - this rail will fall off soon - This should be repaired. Did you find a rolled up men's dress shirt in the bedroom with two beds? I sure would like to get it back. A great stay in a wonderful house."

"If you’re wanting to be centrally located for exploring the central coast, and you appreciate outstanding views including surfers and sunsets, this cozy secluded 3-level home might be for you. There are some caveats though: the entry way is challenging and a bit steep, the inside stairs are also steep and need to be used a lot since bedrooms, main bathroom, and living area are all on different floors. "There were so many code violations it is amazing it’s allowed to operate; electrical outlets non-functioning or intermittent, no emergency exits in many rooms, and the stairs to the upper floor and to the lower floor were treacherous. Virtually no ventilation. The WiFi was spotty around the building today to say nothing of slow. It’s sad because the location is amazing. "

"the house was amazing and the view was spectacular. The carpets had stains throughout the house and had stains on the couches upstairs as well which was very concerning since I didn't know what the stains were. everything else was amazing but i would suggest getting the jets upgraded a little more in the hot tub.
