"Staff were great to deal with. Pool area was clean and tidy. No one using them (mid November). Rooms were clean and very large. Family of 5 had no problems sleeping with the pull out couch. Couch mattress was not very comfortable but better than other places we have been. Walking distance to pharmacy and grocery. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Underground parking has over 8 feet of headspace. Good for larger vehicles. About a $20 uber to universal studios with a UberXL. Much cheaper for a smaller car. About $100 uber from the airport. If you are going to Disneyland area pre plan your ride. Peak evening hours can cost $250-$300 for an Uber 1 way. I would easily stay here again and would recommend to others. Not sure if other amenities in the area. That’s not what we came for. "
