Great weekend getaway
Gnome’s Den was a great property. Very clean with all the necessities you need. The fire pit and yard is where we spent most of our time. Perfect set up!

We ended up feeling like the property earns a solid B+. Pros: - Super courteous & professional host - Spotless house - Huge grassy yard - Easy navigation - Accurate listing - Awesome sauna - Lovely fire pit setup Cons: - Overall quite high-priced when all fees/taxes are included - In terms of "remoteness," the listing is honest. But the photos don't show how line-of-sight nearby houses & cars are. Sort of feels like we you're amidst a rural cluster or compound of houses - Enormous deposit required (like 15x nightly cost), which is not obvious when first booking - This is a nitpick but stylistically it's more of a standard house than a cabin Don't be overwhelmed by the "cons" list, obviously we enjoyed it enough to give it high marks overall. I think it's probably ideal for a small familiy looking to really enjoy the outdoors.

Amazing Stay and Great Location
Sometimes it’s all about the details and the Gnome’s Den has them in abundance. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, great design and an amazing host all combined to make this a memorable weekend getaway. Close enough to the city for a quick drive but far enough away to escape the grind, my friends and I had a relaxing stay. We only wished we could stay longer. Highly recommended.

Great place in the woods
We had a great experience in the cabin. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with all the trees surrounding in the area. The cabin is exactly as shown in the photos. There is almost everything you need in the cabin... like all the utensils you need if you want to cook, some ingredients that you need to make some breakfast, wifi, TV, ac, etc. Highlight is the setup near the fire pit, with all the chairs and lighting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place...
