Very fine and very small

This was a lovely little room to stay in. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The rules were clear and easy to follow. It was very clean and tidy. I was a bit thrown by the size. When they say one bedroom they mean a one bed room. Walking path only. Smaller than a very small hotel room. Also there is no dryer, only a washer. It was me and my son so it felt a little tight but had I come with my partner it would have been cozy. These are not complaints just clarifications for future travelers. I think this would be fine for a pass through place to stay for a couple of people and maybe a few night stay for one person. Overall a really fine little place to stay.
