Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Wash any used dishes and place them in drying rack. Please empty garbage. Place garbage in alleyway dumpster nearest house.

Please put all used towels in hamper by back door.

Please leave any used beds unmade so that house keeping knows which linens need to be washed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Extreme cleaning fee of $500 or more may be added for smoke damage, pet damages, outdoor damages, blood and messes from hunting/fishing.

Undisclosed guests = $150/night, for each undisclosed guest. Please register all guests, kids and adults, prior to them spending the night.

For stays greater than 28 days a signed lease agreement is required before entry to the home. A deposits of $200 at booking is required.

Very clean and comfortable house. Exactly as described and pictured. Great communication and provided things to do, places to eat and visit during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
