" 1. The toilet does not flush unless you place your hand inside the cistern and activate the mechanism manually. Unbelievable, we are not in a third world country. 2. The airconditioning in the main living area must have a blocked condensation pipe, as it poured water out all over the floor. We used the inner of the rubbish bin was used as a bucket to collect the water and unit was turned off. Bucket filled twice (which was handy to flush the toilet with). 3: I am sure the couch use to be made of leather. It has perished baldy and has been acknowledged by placing a grandma crocheted throw over the top. This is extremely disappointing. And... There wasn't even an apology. It was just an "ok, thanks for that, I'll get a handyman on to it" as we departed. There's your feedback and enquiry. Alister"
