Check in was very good - Ruth was very helpful and made me feel welcome after a long day riding my motorcycle. Even though there were refurbishments happening at this motel I was disturbed at all. A wonderful and comfortable stay.

I like it’s location. It is always clean. And they haven’t raised their rates. The staff are great.

We got in late and had made prior arrangement for late check in. The staff were helpful in that regard. Everything was in order, clean and fridge & coffee/tea service stocked up. It was a short few hours stay before heading over to the jetty for boat to Heron Island.

The room was tidy and spacious, staff were friendly. Parking was sufficient and wifi worked well. TV had Netflix however couldn't work out how to get normal Free to Air TV. Unfortunately the evening we stayed there was a very noisy family next door that had no consideration for others. Overall it was value for money and a good place to stay and would stay again.

My room was ground level. It smelt very badly like a stale b.o musty sweaty smell. I had to leave the glass sliding door open all day and night because of the smell. Doors locks are worn and seem like they been forced at some point. Bed was good. Has an old couch in the room. Not sure why. Park right outside the door is good. Staff are great. Location is great.

Aaron Motel's facilities are way above any comparable establishment. New refurbishments (kitchen and bathroom areas) are excellent. Kitchen has conduction stove, microwave, dishwasher and all required utensils. Bathroom has spacious shower with both rain and hand-held shower heads. New integrated mirror lighting is really extraordinary for premises of this size.
