"What didn’t I love about the Flats? Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store. There’s so much to love! This will be my go to every time I’m in Ft Collins. Just book it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Fox Cabin! The view from the porch is stunning—peaceful mountain scenery with deer grazing nearby every morning. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals after a day of outdoor adventures. Its location is perfect—just a short drive to FOCOand close to excellent fishing spots and scenic hiking trails.The satellite WiFi is great for texting or checking messages, but there’s no cell service, which makes it the perfect place to truly unplug and unwind. A peaceful and refreshing retreat in every way!"
