"Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended."

"Very welcoming and accommodating. Unique hotel in a terrific central location. Recommendations by front desk for nearby eateries, coffee etc were very good. Only negative, which is small, was the bathroom temperature was very cold, a solid 15 degrees below the room; there was a radiator heater in the bathroom but staff said it could not be activated unless the outside temperature was below freezing! And no space heaters available. Overall a very small issue though for an otherwise very pleasant stay"

"Everything was great. The dogs and chickens are an interesting twist. The house was clean and in a great location. Although there were chickens, I didn't hear them in the morning so noise wasn't a problem. Next time I'm in Laporte, I would say here again. Thanks."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The directions to the house were excellent. We found the house to be very clean, comfortable, relaxing and exactly as pictured. Loved the wood burning stove and ample firewood that was provided. The beds were very comfortable, show was hot, and the kitchen had ample cookware and silverware. We loved watching the herds of deer walking through the yard. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "
