The Hotel has a spectacular design. It is a jewelry of Girardoth. Awsome attention from the staff.

Central location. Nice staff. Good breakfast (included). Nice and modern facilities. I will consider staying there again if I go back to Girardot. Street noise and a bit sketchy at night due to the hotel's central location. It was hard to call the hotel via phone. You might need to ask for extra towels.

Excellent and clean hotel. Temperature in the town is very hot and hotel does not provide guests with option for hot water. I think that using hot water should be a guest's choice. Excellent staff. Oscar made us feel very welcomed.

PERFECTLY MAINTAINED TURN OF THE CENTURY HOTEL
This is a beautiful old hotel. Well maintained and run. The staff were fantastic and accommodated all our needs or requests. Had a great stay and would stay again when in this area.

Friendly staff, no hot water. hotel has a good parking in the same location. Bathroom is too basic, with no hot water (this is "tierra caliente" but nevertheless taking a shower with hot water is not too much to ask).

Beautiful Modern Hotel But!
This hotel has transformed a very old hotel into a modern hotel that would fit nicely in Miami's south beach, it's got it's quirks but I wouldn't fault the effort and expense that has been put into this place by the owner, who stays at the hotel and is very friendly and chatty with guests. Beautiful ambiance and very relaxing, I would definitely recommend this hotel. On the downside this hotel is located in the town of Girardot which is very messy and industrial class, I've travelled all over the world and don't get put off easily but I honestly didn't feel comfortable walking around after 9pm. Ironically the communities located outside Girardot in the hills are beautiful. Shame they don't re-invest in the town/or city.

En general nos fue bien, sin embargo se me perdieron unos accesorios de la cámara Go Pro y nadie respondió, tomaron el caso sin importancia y se hicieron los locos. No vuelvo a un hotel donde no confío que mis pertenencias están seguras..

Cordial saludoInformamos que en estos tipos de casos se debe hacer una respectiva investigacion, no se debe hacer acusaciones hasta no estar seguros de lo sucedido SI se le presto la debida atencion a su caso en la recepcion del hotel, en el momento que ustedes reportaron la perdida de un cargador IPHONE mas no de accesorios de una camara GO PRO,se les indico en la recepcion que por favor revisaran muy bien sus equipajes, ( BUSCAR BIEN) se le pregunto al personal del hotel (CAMARERAS) donde ellas indican que el dia sabado 3 de junio en el momento que se le realizo el aseo en casa de la habitacion SI EVIDENCIARON 4 CARGADORES CONECTADOS EN DIFERENTES PARTES DE LA HABITACION cargadores que jamas tocaron y dejaron tal cual.Agradecemos el habernos elegido como hotel, estaremos siempre atentos a dar el mejor servicio.Este caso sigue en tema de investigacion.ATT: Oscar LoperaDIRECTOR OPERATIVO.

Excelente hotel en sus instalaciones y la calidez de sus empleados sin excepción. Lo lamentable es la calidad del desayuno. debe mejorarse su presentación, calidad y disponibilidad y probablemente las calificaciones serian inmejorables

Excelente ubicación; espectacular piscina, jacuzzi y terraza; habitaciones limpias y comodas. No tienen servicio de restaurante ni de bar aunque si tienen los espacios para ello; los de recepción solo se dedican a eso, no tienen el don de servicio

Instalaciones ideales para descansar en pareja!
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, es para quedarse todo el día disfrutando ya sea de la piscina o el jacuzzi . Pero falta un mejor servicio yo creo que es la falta de personal porque el bar no estaba funcionado por eso. Tampoco prestan toallas adicionales y deberían tener para la piscina, al igual que una mejor limpieza en las áreas sociales. Igual volvería !

muy sucio y no tienen sentido de servicio
Ha sido estadia en un hotel en los últimos años, encontré pelos o cabellos por toda la habitación y el baño. En el momento que llegue solicite una habitación silenciosa, pero me dieron una habitación muy ruidosa, el dia siguiente me cambiaron en la mañana temprano ( la habitación estaba libre y no me la dieron la primera noche ), la habitación de la primera noche le entraba luz exterior, pedi que apagaran la luz y el funcionario responde que no era seguro apagarla, entonces es un hotel inseguro

El servicio es muy bueno y las instalaciones bonitas, queda cerca al centro ... Algunas habitaciones no tienen ventanas que den hacia el exterior del edificio, verificar este tema antes de elegir
