Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Policlinico) stop - Capolinea (13-minute walk) and take bus no. 355 A44 to the Giovinazzo – Piazza V. Emanuele II – Capolinea dir. Nord stop, an 8-minute walk from the property.



- From Bari Central Station, you can walk to the stop “Bari - Viale Ennio 77 (P.S. Policlinico)” - Capolinea (13-minute walk) and take bus no. 355 A44 to the stop Giovinazzo - Piazza V. Emanuele II - Capolinea dir. Nord, an 8-minute walk from the property.
