Fabio was there to meet us after our ride from the airport. He was nice enough to lug our large, heavy suitcases up the 68 stairs, which is nothing in Italy! We stayed for a glorious 2 weeks! Got to know our daily produce, cheese, meat and gelato and restaurant staff/family vendors! So o come una famiglia!! That’s what we love about Italy and why we keep going back!The house was as beautiful as the pictures shown in VRBO and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY to see how clean the entire house was. The location is fabulous. Your view is of the Saint Nicholas Church square. You’ll get to see, at least, 6 weddings a week right from the living room windows!! The outdoor space is beautiful as well! There’s only one negative thing which is easily dealt with. The kitchen is very small.Being there for two weeks, I would’ve liked to have cooked some dinners, but it was hard to get two people in there at the same time. Other than that, I recommend this VRBO and would definitely go back again.

Fabio was most excellent and helped with many questions and logistics. While the stairs were a minor challenge, the location was awesome with easy access to all of old town and the pier where we arrived by ferry. Really enjoyed the terrace and the space was very comfortable and spacious. I doubt there is a space in all of old town that can escape the church bells, but we thought it actually added to the charm.

This property is beautiful… sophisticated and elegant. Gorgeous Murano glass pieces throughout, and a large patio facing old town with flowers and plants that made it a delight to sit out and enjoy coffee/tea in the early morning hours. We loved our 10-day stay which proved perfect for enjoying adjacent towns and Bari itself. All is walkable from Vittorio’s place. He was very attentive and had helpful meal and parking suggestions.
