It was clean however my room wasn’t ready at check in time but they did call to verify and found out it was ready just not updated on the system- I tried to check in a little early and was told it wasn’t ready (which was understandable) but made me think it was- just not updated. And the rooms heater was on full blast for a very hot room we weren’t able to get cooled off easily. But overall I was very pleased with the property.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The accessories in the shower were nice. Plus having the bathroom with the sink on their own with a door was a plus. Thank you.

Not the best of check in experiences. They tried to charge $200 EXTRA than my reservation quote. It got fixed but it was must embarrasing. They also called 2 hours before check in and told me they were over booked and I didn’t have a place to stay. I told them I was on my way anyway. First ever problem with Travelocity booking.

One of the best in Gillette
Sam at the front desk is amazing. Wonderful personality, very welcoming and she should be recognized for it. The property is in very good shape, clean and comfortable rooms in a good location.
