The pool is a free for all and the stuff that we’re watch the slides where on their phones the whole time. Also the pool was freezing and one of the pools were broken. The breakfast was good!!

This is our 3rd time staying here and the first time i was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room. Stains on shower curtain and wall.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool area is so fun. There are a few safety issues; broken concrete and very slick splash pad. The Breakfast was great. The Breakfast hostess is always so kind and she keeps everything full.

We did not know the hot tub and pool were closed and had planned on using those while in town. Breakfast was awesome and the lady working the kitchen went above and beyond to accommodate guests.

We picked the property for the pool area and were not informed until check in that the pool area was under renovation and not available. The rest of the stay was fine but it was disappointing that there was no notice of that in time to make other arragements.

The whole reason we stayed here was for the pool and water slide and it was closed. Would have been nice to know before we drug all of our kids 8 hours across the state. Everything else was good though.

The breakfast is not tasty at all, there is an incredibly wide variety of food, but it tastes terrible. Otherwise the property is clean, safe, staff if very friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and fun!

The pictures of the room showed a jacuzzi tub. It was a king bed in a small room and no jacuzzi tub. The pics were not a good representation of the room. Would not stay there again.

Facility was clean, with good customer service, however delayed maintenance items are starting to appear. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly upon checkin and required a visit; followed by a defective remote control; desk phone wasn’t working properly and dirty; AC outlets on desk light were worn out so charging was intermittent at best.

I stayed overnight because I had an early flight out of Gillette, Wy and it was convenient to the airport. Although the cost of the room was more than I wanted to pay for an overnighter Marriott was always a safe and good hotel. Very Happy with the room and the staff.

I like that Marriott's facilities, beds, bedding, etc. can be counted on to be consistently excellent and this facility did not disappoint. Kind of expensive - but worth the extra dollars to be in a quiet, safe, clean room.

We stayed at this hotel because of the water park and we paid a good amount to do so. Had I known that the water park wasn't working, I never would have booked. Not only was the water park inoperable, but the water in the pool was filthy!! Also, there were electrical cords running over the top of the water which is surely a hazard. The pillows in the rooms smelled horrible. The room itself smelled of mold. We travel to Wyoming for work often and I will never stay in this hotel again nor will I put any of my staff up at your place. I am highly disappointed with my stay!!
