My husband and I have been on a two week vacation from Kansas to Butte, Montana, and we chose to stay at Baymont Wyndham properties. This property totally sucked. It was missing the refrigerator. The microwave the door stuck you had to slam it shut or jam on it to get it open, the bathroom was gross if it wasn’t for the fact that we had driven so far, we would’ve probably just lost the money that we paid on that room the bright star the only bright star was Zoe at the front desk. The breakfast was horrific 630 and at seven everything was gone Will never ever ever stay there again

Have never stayed in a dirtier property. The room fridge was full of old food. The floor in the room wasn’t carpeted (I’m assuming in order to make cleaning easier) yet there was dirt everywhere; dust, hair and debris.

There’s a bad smell in the hallway. Bathroom and sink are too small. You can hear the noise from the other room. The dryer is not working properly in the laundry room. The dining room is also way too small. The customer service is just Ok. There’s one time you can’t find the person in charge in the front. It took a long call to get my refund for my unused one night stay. Aside from that, the hotel is just ok.

This place is the worse. They took advantage that the Camporee was being held here and they increased their prices to an outrageous price. The place was so filthy. Bed sheets dirty, bath tub dirty, washer and dryer were broken, refused to refund the money. It was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in.

**A Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Hotel** I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was nothing short of terrible, and I would urge potential guests to think twice before booking. Upon arrival, it became clear that the staff at this hotel lacked professionalism. We discovered that the bathtub in our room was dirty, with visible mud, which was extremely off-putting. When we informed the front desk and requested cleaning supplies to address the issue ourselves, they shockingly admitted that they had none available. The situation worsened when we noticed the refrigerator was also filthy, containing hair and other debris. Although we reported this to the front desk, it took them an entire day to send someone to clean it. Such a delay in addressing basic hygiene concerns is completely unacceptable. Our troubles didn’t end there. Due to an impending storm, our event was canceled, and we decided to check out early. I informed the manager of our early departure and explained the situation, but I was met with further disappointment. After returning from an errand, I was told that I had missed the check-out time by a few minutes, and they insisted on charging me for the additional night, despite the circumstances and the issues we had encountered during our stay. When I requested a refund for the night, given the poor experience and the storm-related concerns, my
