  • El piso se encuentra en la mejor zona de Gijón, calle lateral tranquila en pleno Centro, muy cerca de la playa caminando, puedes aparcar el coche y despreocuparte por por su ubicación, puedes ir a todos los sitios de interés a pie.
    Todo tipo de establecimientos cercanos, parada de buses a toda Asturias al lado (Oviedo, Ribadasella, Villaviciosa, Lastres, etc) y equidistante de playa y puerto deportivo.
    Muy fácil aparcamiento. También hay varios parkings gratuitos exteriores, a poca distancia.
    Dos dormitorios amplios, salón, cocina y baño. Tendedero exterior e interior.
    Wifi Movistar.
    Ventanas recien reformadas en toda la casa, Climalit. Doble acristalamiento.
    Hay tres camas, dos matrimoniales y una de 80 plegable.
    Totalmente equipado, ropa de cama y menaje, tv, dvd, libros, juegos de mesa.
    Electrodomésticos nuevos y colchón cama principal.
    Monitor para conectar ordenadores, tablets.
    Muy luminoso y realmente acogedor.
