"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

"We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom.
