We loved that this property was within walking distance of the JR Station. This gave us the opportunity to day trip to Kyoto, and Kobe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well maintained. Although our room was large enough for a family of four, it was just my wife and myself. For the two of us it seemed quite open and comfortable. The units all have a functional fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families who are trying to economize.

The fully functional kitchen is the best part of the stay. The hostel is close to JR and you are not only hearing the high speed train's passing by , but also feeling it.

他宿泊者に問題があった。ゲストハウス側も被害者と言える。

愛知県、岐阜城にて用事と観光のために利用。 ゲストハウスということで他ホテルと比較し、最安値で借りる事ができた。 ゲストハウス自体の利用は適宜しているが、私が利用してきたゲストハウスの中でワースト1であった。 ただ、ゲストハウス側に問題があるのではなく、あくまでも他の利用者に問題があった。 横浜に営業所をおく電気通信のサービス業を委託で請け負っている零細企業、5から6名程度が一ヶ月程度の長期滞在として利用されていた。 彼らによってゲストハウスのルールを守られていない状態だった。①使った調理器具は片付けない。②通路に大量の荷物を置きっぱなしにする。③自転車の鍵を返さず私物化する。④香料付きの消臭スプレーを共用スペースで使う。（アンモニア臭と腐卵臭、香料の匂いが混じっていた。）⑤バスマットを置きっぱなしにする。⑥共用スペース及びトイレスリッパなどの整理整頓が出来ない。⑦共用スペースで騒音を立てるといった状態であった。 他利用者からもクレームがあったらしく、ゲストハウスの管理者が零細企業側に本気で怒っていた。妥当な判断だと思う。 個人的にではあるが、上記零細企業は二度とゲストハウスを利用しないでほしいと思う。 ゲストハウス自体はかなり設備が整っており、調理器具、食器家電（冷蔵庫、炊飯器、電子レンジ、給湯器など）、調味料や自転車もあった。近くにスーパーもあり、自宅で生活しているのと同じレベルで生活が出来る。コーヒー、お茶は飲み放題。ありがたい限りである。 ちょっとしたお菓子やカップ麺、レトルト食品も販売している。セルフ式であり値段は手ごろ。無料でブランケットやおねしょシーツのレンタルもしていた。 洗たく機は同じ建物の1Fにある。ゲストハウスの管理業者と同じかと思われるが、チケット販売（新幹線とか）レンタカーサービスも手がけているようだった。 駐車場は建物の横にあり、前払い制で３００円／日 paypayもしくはコインランドリー内に設置されているガチャガチャで利用が可能。バイク、自転車に関しては無料。 脱衣所及びシャワールームはおおよそ60cm四方で狭くかんじた。 おもしろいと感じたのが、コインランドリー内にあるリサイクルショップコーナー。自分で価格をつけて購入するという仕組みになっていた。 せっかくの記念と思い、（世界１周鉄道の旅）（世界の謎と脅威）というDVD一式を300円で購入させて頂いた。 他利用者に問題があったため、快適に過ごすことはできなかったが、ゲストハウス側には問題はない。 本来であれば、充実した設備、清潔感のあるゲストハウスだと思うので、また機会があれば利用してみたい。

とても清潔でよかったです。 ホテルとはまた違い、家でくつろいでる感じでリラックス出来ました。 ファミリールーム利用したのですが、 部屋の構造上、空調がベットにはとてもよく当たって寒いくらいで、布団を敷くスペースにはほとんど当たらず汗をかきながら寝ました。 部屋全体が心地よくなるようサーキュレーターや扇風機があれば有難かったです。

自宅の様奈快適さ！

とても綺麗で自宅の様な感覚で、ゆっくり寛げました。 お掃除道具がコロコロやクイックルワイパー等充実していて手に届く所にあって、いつでもお掃除出来たり、食器等キッチン用品も充実しているのでお料理して直ぐに食べる事もできたりと不自由無しでした。
