"We were only here 1 night but hope to come back. All of the staff was super friendly. Starting with meeting you at the door to tell you where to go. They have a concierge that will tell you what to do in this city while you're there and give you a map. The room was really clean. What's the beds were super comfy. There were even heated floors in the bathroom, which was a nice luxury. We had a balcony room right by the elevator, and it was really quiet. The chocolates on the bed after your turndown service was really nice as well! "
