My friends and I had an amazing stay at this tiny home near Gibsons. It was a great base to explore some of the sunshine coast, but also a great place to hang out inside during the rain!
This little gem surrounded by green lush and away from the city was exactly what we needed. Sarah is lovely and accommodating and you’re so close to everything for any day trips! We made lasting memories here and would definitely recommend! Truly a home away from home :)
We loved our stay in the tiny house! There was plenty of room for my family of 4. It was a great escape from the city, close to the beach with beautiful nature surrounding. We also loved seeing the mushroom farm and learning about the process of growing mushrooms. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully someday we will!
A fun place to chill while enjoying the beautiful Sunshine Coast
Sarah (host) was very friendly and available for communication. We enjoyed the tiny house immensely as something different. Close to Gibsons and a short drive to Sechelt. Keep your devices minimized and enjoy some quiet time!
A perfect little home amongst the trees. Very high spec and with all the amenities and facilities to feel like you’re being pampered while helping to give back to the earth. A very generous and helpful host and such a peaceful, comfortable place to re-centre. I can’t wait to come back.
We have always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this stay checked all the boxes and more. Clean & comfortable within a relaxing, quiet setting (other than natures voice) was just what we like. Our kids thought they were in a fairytale and loved it so much they didnt want to leave. Our host Sarah was very nice, informative, great with our kids and delightful to talk with. The mushroom farm is super interesting and the tour through the labor intensive process was not only educational but fun to see.
We had such a wonderful stay in Sarahs tiny home! So much that we didnt want to leave. Sarah was so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The tiny home is the perfect getaway and really became such a memorable place for my family and I. We enjoyed coffee in the morning outside surrounded by trees and the Sarah was also kind enough to give is a tour of her mushroom farm! We highly recommend you visit Sarah and her tiny home. We will be coming back to visit throughout the year for sure!
Sarah’s tiny house isn’t just charming, it’s crafted. Every detail feels intentional, from the creek whispering under the loft window to the clever use of space. The bed is divine, the kitchen's amazingly usable, and the location is perfect. If you're craving a quiet recalibration in the woods - with plumbing that respects the planet and a host who is present, warm, and clearly invested in the land - this is your place. 'Tiny' is a design poem: compact but spacious, serene without being sterile, and rich in character.Come for the tranquility, stay for the composting toilet that makes you feel like a responsible adult. Will absolutely return.
Just a delightful experience - everything from the initial check in... to being serenaded by frogs in the evening as we fell asleep. Tiny is an amazing functionality in a small space. Loved morning coffees basking in the sun overlooking the gulley. Sarah is an amazing host - and wow! - it was so generous of her to take us on a super cool and mind blowing tour of her mushroom farm - thank you for your time!! Sarah is contributing to the world in an important way, and we left inspired. The compost toilet is actually so great and wow we actually miss it!! Will definitely be back. All this and the mushrooms are sooooo, sooo delicious. We miss them already. Thanks so much, Gary & Amanda
Check in was so easy, Sarah was nice and explained everything to do with the tiny house. The location was perfect and quiet. It rained most of the weekend and the getaway did not disappoint as this great place made it fun and we enjoyed our relaxation.
We had a lovely time at this mushroom farm hideaway! The accommodations are very cozy and the host was warm and welcoming. Hope to return again for a longer stay!
