The overall experience was excellent. The only negative is the pool area. guests are allowed to smoke in the pool area. I found it really frustrating to enjoy the pool without getting overwhelmed with second hand smoke.

We had a great few days at the hotel. Great location in the Ocean Village and a short walk from the Old Town. Rooms were great and very comfortable. Breakfast was first class. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend and would come back again.

The accommodation was definitely not 5* as advertised and on arrival we were informed that the pool, casino and one of the bars were not available for our use. Also for the TV was not working.

Great hotel, will visit again. Please fix the ramp/step on to the boat though, people keep nearly tripping over it!

We loved the stay, the boat was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing, definitely worth including that. We also paid extra for the facing out view towards Spain, which was a great call because facing in towards the marina is looking over the Irish bar which is loud with live music til late.

Highly recommend
Had a fantastic weekend here. Out of all the hotels we've stayed at this has by far the best breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff are highly professional but above all friendly. Rooms are a great size and the bed was massive. The air-conditioning worked a treat yet was silent. We will be back.

Loved the fact that you can see planes flying in and out from your window. The best toilet you can find in Europe because of the water sprinkler ( something common in the middle east ) near the toilet !!! (5 stars) First time in Gibraltar and definitely coming back and staying at this marvelous hotel Staff are very very nice and considerate! They gave a couple of hours more on check out.

Breakfasts superb. Everyhing in walking distance. The casino on the board is now permanently shut, but there is one around the corner. Our room was spacious and clean, with coffee making facilities. Staff really friendly and helpful. Not all bars on board were open last week, but that could be due to the time of year. We really enjoyed Gibraltar for the 3 night stay.

Good stay
We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable but the mattress slightly saggy a sign of age. The bedroom ceiling could have done with a spring clean. The staff were very good. The WiFi was not good at certain times of the day which these days is easily remedied. The reception staff were particularly good and the breakfast really outstanding. The location is perfect and we would certainly stay there again.
