"I give them a 4 star, because I like the place. My comment is about the employee at the desk this morning. She was wearing a dirty hoodie, looked liked she dragged herself off the street and was slouched back at the desk. When I walked in, there was barely an acknowledgement. I said I'm just getting coffee, to which she mumbled, help yourself. I'm not suggesting that this employee be reprimanded, or fired, but management needs to step up and hire and train people in customer relations. I'm easy to please and I don't like writing this, but management needs to step up. I will return for another visit."

"Our stay at this holiday inn express was just what we expected. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay. Our only complaint is that they do not have smart tv’s so in order to stream, we need to connect the tv to our laptop or Xbox. Would be nice to be able to travel without those. Other than that minor issue, we like these hotels and appreciate that they have breakfast available."

Hot tub is extra charge .in the info do not specify exactly about the extra charge. If you like privacy. Is not the place for you .the host live there. Divide by a rv slide door you can hear everything . I pay for use of the hot tub I end up not using it n check out a day early. For the matter of privacy again is not a bad review the house is really good the house super nice. It just no what I was looking for .."
