Offered us tea, sweeteners & creamers since they are not usually left in rooms but knew we might want before hitting the road early morning. Ice machine was behind a locked door. Made sure we knew where and that our key card would open. Offered suggestions for food & drink. Pointed out a few places on map. All "little" things but she made sure we had answers to questions we didn't know we had. :-)"
