Minnies Rooms
10/10 Excellent
"The host is amazing. The little touches made a huge difference. I hope she enjoyed the patch i left for her. Thanks again we had a lovely few days there."
Bracken Hide Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel with great restaurant"
Atholl House Skye
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely clean room and welcoming team at the hotel. Centrally situated in Dunvegan, with some local shops snd restaurants for exploring. A good idea to book for the evening though, they can get busy."
Redwood House Hotel
8/10 Good
"While many of the reviews we read about Redwood were glowing, we found the property to be fairly run-down with a scary, pot-holed filled 2-mile one-track “road” to the hotel. Very surprising that Redwood doesn’t maintain its main road to better standards & a big negative for us. The people who staff the hotel are nice & food was ok. (Breakfast better than dinner.) But unfortunately, we can’t recommend it due to the access and overall maintenance issues mentioned above."
Eco and back friendly modern house, amazing views from all rooms, by Dunvegan
10/10 Excellent
"A stylish, warm and welcoming retreat to come back to after days out. Lovely bathrooms, and long views across the loch. Well located to reach most of the ‘must-sees’ on Skye. Very dog-friendly."
The Byre, Waternish, Isle of Skye - Luxury Self Catering
10/10 Excellent
"This was such an idyllic place to stay in Skye. The view was incredible and the inside was beautiful too. Iain gave us all the info we needed well in advance and even left us a lovely note and snacks as it was our honeymoon. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus too! Would absolutely love to stay at The Byre again."
Luxury Self Catering, Tern House, Waternish, Isle of Skye
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property that has amazing views. I loved walking to the nearby Stein Inn for delicious fish and chips followed by sticky toffee pudding. Everything from check in to check out was smooth and I would definitely recommend staying here!"
Hame Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at Hame on Skye. The property has a lovely casual atmosphere that mirrors the views. Our room was well appointed, breakfasts were fantastic! We had the haggis, Florentine and bean selections, all were equally delicious. The gathering room was cozy and comfortable offering intimate seating and group seating and the view from the restaurant was unmatched! Staff & owners were incredibly friendly and professional."
The Chalet, Kildonan
10/10 Excellent
"This is a cozy home and great location to see the primary sites across Skye. Check in was easy and the space made it easy to relax. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area!"
