Our first night we arrived later in the evening and when we asked about restaurants he not only told us places, but even called for us and made a reservation. "The comfort and cleanliness of the home cannot be overstated. It was perfect. However, the highlight here is the location and view. It is breathtaking. I became emotional when first seeing it..... And it's a private view, no other houses in sight. I'm disappointed we only had a couple days to stay. It is a bit remote, but worth the drive in. Also Rosie, the host, was friendly and helpful. "

"This property was exceptional, from the moment we booked until after we checked out. We were a family of 6 - two grandparents, son and daughter in law, and two grandkids. Beautiful location, house was very comfortable and had more than we could have asked for in amenities! Communication with hosts was exceptional and good information provided in the house as well. "Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge. Perfect for a quick pre or post dinner hangout on a chilly night. Drive to the hotel is filled with scenic views of the water, rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep! Rooms were large with modern bathroom facilities including the best towels we have experienced in a while! Undoubtedly though, the highlights of the stay were the exceptional food and the service by Sascha and Meghan. Despite being able to go out for dinner and breakfast we chose to have all 3 dinners and all 3 Breakfasts at the hotel. Really was a hidden gem in the Isle of Skye!"
