"It met our needs for a one night stay while visiting Petrified Forest National Park. Breakfast is lacking but might be fine for some. Price is reasonable. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again if in area."
"So sad. Shame on you Wyndham.
The only reachable electric outlet was so worn it would not hold a plug in the sleeping room. No USB ports or electric plug to use for phone chargers. No alarm clock. NO coffee maker in room. In a multi floor motel, the only ice was down the stairs, no elevator, at the front desk. Very poor breakfast selection. Cheap thin bedding
What kind of motel puts room doors that SLAM shut? You can’t stop guests from talking in loud voices at 2 or 3 in the morning, but you CAN install quiet, soft closing doors. And a chain lock for security? ??? The night clerk was great. The woman who staffed the desk at 6a.m. not so much."
"Parking was easy, right in front of our room. Staff was excellent, getting a 1st floor room for my mom who can’t walk stairs. They also accommodated our room right next to theirs. Only issue was how loud it was in the morning (starting around 5am). Having rooms with doors that face the parking lot, there was a lot of guests making noise, loading up their vehicles, delivery vehicles with back up beeps going off, reducing made it hard to sleep in a little. Grounds were clean and staff was friendly."

"I will say that the staff was somewhat helpful. I wasn’t able to take a shower the first day or night because my showerhead had visible fungus on it and it was just absolutely disgusting. The guest roll out couch or couch in my room was still dirty from the previous guest. I had chips and stuff in it the maids or cleaning service didn’t even think to clean it up or fluff up the cushions or anything. It looked like somebody just sat on it and it was fresh. And the floors looked absolutely dirty. There was quite a few stains and stuff. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there ever again, but I did tell the staff about the showerhead and they were able to fix it. But I still felt uncomfortable taking a shower. I didn’t take a shower for two days there but maybe after this review they’ll make a few changes but for this place to be new in the area and the equipment and the display was so disgusting. You would’ve thought it was a rundown hotel."
"This hotel is pretty basic, but it was reasonably priced, clean, the staff was helpful, and they served breakfast. Don't let the iffy exterior fool you, it's a great place to stay in Holbrook."
