"Our entire experience from check in to check out was 5*! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon trip to crete and they went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us. From a room upgrade, to a gift bag with local treats to offering us late check out. The breakfast included in our stay was fantastic! Really got a taste for the cretan cuisine. Their resturants served delicious food with an authentic vibe. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"Everything was great. Except two little things. They have no parking and you need to find parking on the street. Good luck when it’s summertime. Occasionally the sewer smell which is not their fault but the fault of the town. What they attend to it right away when there is the smell. "We had a wonderful stay at Marine Palace, it was easily accessible and we had a 5 month old plus pram in tow, pool selection was great and the food was excellent, lovely choice and highlight was the BBQ by the Sea! Staff were all very helpful and bonus of a WhatsApp number to message if had any problems, the rooms and all outside areas were kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, very impressed. The village of Panormos was only a 7-8 minute walk away, very small but lovely village with bars, restaurants and a few gift shops. Would definitely return!!!"
