This place was so wonderful and central to the water, shops, restaurants and historical sites. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and staff were very helpful. We will definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Beautiful solo stay - Great Location

Beautiful stay in Rethymno. Perfect location for the town. Manolis on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great little property. Added bonus having and extra bedroom giving more space. Great location near to everything within about 2 minutes walking distance. Great car park across the road being save and accessible worth the cost of shout €15 per 24 hours stay.lively touches in room like cake and raki. Great hot tub in garden.

A gem of a property- rooms are offset from the street so quiet, comfortable yet very convenient to the town and sites. For the value and price we reserved more than one room and it was excellent.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Our room was compact but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The room had stylish decor, a lovely welcome gift of raki, coffee machine, iron and hairdryer. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel is at a very central area, in the heart of the old city and next to the sea and the fortress. Amazing beds, had a really restful sleep and easy check in process. Might only be challenging to find the entrance if someone comes at Damvergi street (entrance from nr.28 takes you to the back of the building, while main entrance with the reception is from Plastira street). Parking at low price is available on a 2‘ walk from the hotel.

We had the room with the plunge pool which would have been lovely if the terrace got sunlight. That said the room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a large and very comfortable bed. We stayed 7 nights and had clean sheets and towels every 3 days but on the other days only the bins were emptied. Breakfast was a good continental spread and served outside on the terrace by a lovely smiley waitress. If you wanted to self cater there was adequate catering equipment in the room for simple meals. The English speaking receptionist was very helpful with booking taxis when he was on duty. Great location for all the old town restaurants, shopping and tourist sites.

Overall disappointed. Booked a suite (Harmony). Positive-large comfy bed. Negatives-plunge pool with no bubbles and cold. Terrace area felt like a narrow corridor with limited sunlight as we were so low down. The television was also faulty. Last evening, we couldn't get into the building following a night out. We weren't told that our keys only gave us access via the front door. When we did go to the front door, there was a couple with a baby who couldn't enter as there wasn't a receptionist.

Lack of information and hospitality

We stayed here for three nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the name on the apartment was different from the one in the booking. The hotel was apparently "new," and the renovations were still somewhat unfinished. There was a smell of paint in the air, and the terrace fence looked new. We were handed the keys, and there was an information folder in the room. There was no mention of payment. When we asked about it, we were told it had already been charged, even though the booking said payment would be made on-site. Over the next few days, we heard activity right outside our door starting at 8 am. A decoration and artificial grass appeared on the "terrace", which was glued down using a solvent-based adhesive. The smell of solvent spread into the room. We complained about this, but reception simply said that if the smell was somewhat gone with the air conditioning, then the issue was resolved. The glue smell stayed on our "terrace" for the whole stay. As a result, we couldn’t make use of the outdoor area or the bathtub. Other example of the lack of information was when we asked if the front door would be locked after reception hours. They told us it would be unlocked. When we arrived later to the hotel the door was locked. That is how we found out that one of the keys we were given was for the front door. A clear lack of service-mindedness and experience was evident in conversations with the reception staff. The room was a clean and comfortable with a small kitchen.

Rent, pent og hyggelig.

Topp beliggenhet, hyggelig personale, behagelig rom. Bare vær obs. på å spørre om hvor du går inn etter klokka elleve da det er Robin ganger og min nøkkel ikke virket i døren på forsiden. Det er heller ikke kjøleskap på alle rom. Pluss for privat jacuzzi (ikke alle rom).

De kamers was prachtig en de locatie is absoluut fantastisch. Helaas bleek in de kamer de wifi niet te werken en had ook ons eigen telefoonnetwerk geen bereik. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en heeft meegedacht over een compromis. Het tweepersoonsbed is prima; de slaapbank voor onze zoon was een nachtmerrie. Ik raad deze kamer absoluut niet aan als je met meer dan 2 personen bent. Reis je als stel, dan is het prima!

Wij vonden het een mooi accommodatie. Goede bedden,alles schoon. Aan de rand van het centrum, waar voldoende activiteiten waren,maar ook rust als je dat wenst. Betaald parkeren aan de overkant en in de omgeving vrij parkeren als je een plek vindt. Komen beslist nog een keertje terug.
