"We had great time staying at this resort. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a pool view for 4 nights. The room had vaulted ceiling; it was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The resort has nice garden and pool. Food at the restaurant was delicious. And staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. "My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"

"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."
