"A great house in a great location in New Buffalo. A short walk to the beach and shared neighborhood pool around the corner. The place was very nice and clean, and the host was very great with communication, even letting us know we could check in early without us having to ask. Overall spacious house and a great stay. Parking can be a little tricky, so consolidate cars if you can."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was cozy but There was plenty of room for the four of us. We didn’t cook meals but the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could think of. We used the fire pit one evening at home, making smores (using a kit provided by the owners - a special extra touch).Also loved the location. Only a five minute walk to all the attractions in town, including the beach. Only used our car once, to drive to a local brew pub. Me really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"This property is a VERY nice small beach cottage, nicely decorated and furnished, and well maintained. And the host provides everything a guest could want. There was no running out to the store for paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. It was all there, including an abundance of glassware, plates, bowls, etc. And the host responded very quickly to a couple of questions we sent her. You can walk into town from the cottage, but the distance is about one mile, so we used our car. The fire pit and hot tub are nice touches, but the cushions on the sofa next to the fire pit could use some cleaning, as could the outside chairs and the surface of the wooden deck. The host does provide a list of tasks for quests to complete certain tasks when leaving, something that is common with rentals such as this. We complied, but in our opinion, tasks such as taking out the trash and laundering the towels should be left to the cleaning staff rather than required of the paying guests. Overall, though, we would definitely recommend this property."

Downtown New Buffalo Studio, Walk to Everything!

"The property was great! Former Garage added onto and converted to a spacious studio apartment. Close to everything, clean, and had everything we needed to have a nice time walkable to downtown New Buffalo. Price was very fair for the location. I can’t give all 5 stars in every category as there are a couple points that would have made it perfect. While the bed was large, the mattress is pretty hard and so I didn’t sleep well. When I stay somewhere, I usually hope the bed is at least as comfortable as my own at home. The other thing that would have been better is if the large Jacuzzi tub was working. The power seemed to be off and no visible way to turn it on. Also they provided a cute little welcome bag with snacks and it was def a nice touch, but there was no coffee anywhere so we had to restock coffee for the kitchen. Those are all easy items to fix so this shouldn’t dissuade someone from checking this property out! It was still well worth it!"
