If you want budget accommodation this is for you. Nothing like the photos on Expedia. But it's still ok accommodation. Make sure you pack ear plugs, as the walls a very thin.

San Francisco is known for the homeless , didn't seem too bother me although found it sad that a large City can let it go on!
