"The Dukes Palace hotel was nothing short of excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was outstanding. Breakfast was the best part of the trip. The quality and variety of food was exceptional. I am already looking to book again "

"We stayed one night in Brugge at Novotel and it didnt disappoint. Having stayed at Novotels before, i knew what to expect but this hotel exceeded expectation! The room was perfect for our family, with a pull out bed for our youngest. The hotel is clean and stylish and positioned perfectly to explore Brugge. Breakfast was also fab and enjoyed making our own belgian waffles ar the buffet! The only negative i would say, is that as a hotel guest, we should have received discounted parking for our stay from the onsite car park."

"Hotel location and facilities were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had an issue with the AC unit inaide our room, it was troubleshot and eventually we had to be moved to a different room. Otger than thia our stay was great."
