"The positives: very kind and friendly staff, well maintained gardens, clean bedrooms and tidy environment. Pleasant and well maintained path to the private beach. Good VFM. The negatives: in October none of the bar area is open after 6pm, no food available other than going into the main Carthage Thalasso hotel. It isn’t immediately clear that you can use the Carthage Thalasso facilities, that should be much more easily found. The main indoor pool area is quite tired, with a roof that leaks in...

"One of the best views of any hotel that we've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and open to helping us when needed, the food and service was 10/10 and it was also excellent value for money. We would come back for the hotel alone!"

"I usually stay at The Residence when visiting Tunison business, a great place to unwind after a long day at work. It's a little out of the way at Gammarth, but is a wonderful experience and easy to take a car into the city for nightlife. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are perfect for a good night's sleep, and it's beachfront. Food options are plentiful, with meat and vegetarian choices. The drinks menu is good too. What's not to like?"

"I usually stay at The Residence when visiting Tunison business, a great place to unwind after a long day at work. It's a little out of the way at Gammarth, but is a wonderful experience and easy to take a car into the city for nightlife. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are perfect for a good night's sleep, and it's beachfront. Food options are plentiful, with meat and vegetarian choices. The drinks menu is good too. "This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. I asked for a different room, however the staff changed the cover so the bed turned to a double bed where we did not feel the line in the middle. This service was a star plus in my opinion. The room was very clean, had a nice fridge to put your own drinks and food which was greatly appreciated. There was a large closet space with a safe. They have 2 restaurants that have drinks that are delicious. The beach is just a small 5 minute walk at best where there are chairs/small tables to use for hotel guests. The pool was so big and the water super clear and clean. We loved our stay and would come back again. "
