Hotel is well maintained, clean spacious room. Limited room service with over priced min bar. I was charged a big amount of money just for small snakes, the prices of the mini bar is over 10 times the actual price. Staff are very friendly and willing to help!

Elevator doesn’t work, room they gave us had no phone, services advertised where non-existent. They charge you for drinks in the fridge in the room. The room had water damage. And when you ask for things like an extra pillow or towel they say they will send it down and then they don’t. The only good thing about this place was the ocean view and the restaurant.

We have to wait for our check in for more than 45 min. They said the room wasn't ready yet they didn't even told that they are sorry. The air conditioning was broken and drop of watter kept going. They fixed when we were there. The sheets were dirty also. The best for the end they gave us used dirty slippers

Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h à l'hôtel après 11 heures de vol, fatigué et hâte de récupérer notre chambre. Le commis ne trouve pas ma réservation, et puis après lui avoir montré ma réservation de mon cellulaire il a fini par faire le check-in. Mais il ne voyait pas que c'était pour mon mari et moi. Ensuite, il voulait me charger presque 100$ canadien de frais de taxes locales. Je lui ai montré que je devait payer 7,11$ comme écrit sur ma réservation. J'ai dû discuter et menacer d'appeler Expédia, il a finalement dit que c'était correct. Nous avons pris possession de notre chambre, elle faisait face à la route bruyante et au rez-de chaussée. La porte patio ne barre pas donc quitter les lieux n'est pas sécuritaire. Nous avons eu notre carte pour la porte d'entrée seulement à 22h car il semblait avoir un problème pour la mettre active. Donc très mauvais accueil de leur part , service médiocre.

La vue sur mer...et rien d'autre!

Méfiance! Les photos sont belles...et pour cause la vue est belle. Mais le charme s'arrête là. -J'ai croisé une blatte dans les toilettes -Un mégot devant ma porte -Le ménage n'a été qu'une seule fois sur les 4 jours sur place. -Un pseudo room service m'a réveillé à 23h30 (plusieurs soirs d'affilée!!!!) pour m'apporter de l'eau?? Surveillance des clients? Franchement gênant! -Les voisins organisent une soirée avec musique forte dans la chambre d'à coté? C'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, ils ne peuvent rien y faire. (il y aussi une boite de nuit dans le proche voisinage, on entend un léger boumboum que les voisins ont couvert) Bref, je ne conseille pas

Bel hôtel. Personnel très accueillant, courtois et souriant. Belle chambre spacieuse. Beau balcon. Climatisation fonctionne bien. Belle établissement. En revanche, propreté de la chambre a améliorer donc celle des draps pas totalement clean. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel pour son intimité.

Séjour de deux nuits seulement. La suite est spacieuse et tres belle, propre. Très gros bémol : il y a une boite de nuit juste sous la chambre donc si vous voulez dormir avant 3h30 du matin,cet hotel n'est pas pour vous.La musique devient de plus en plus forte au courant de la nuit. Très frustrant

No towels were offered in the room No telephone either to call the reception . i asked for it . i never received . smells cigarette in the hallway that i can smell in the room. This motel no even hotel with nice room terrible management . parking u have to park in the street and walk to the hotel . breakfast ? 😂 no restaurant . stay in ur room and the will bring it over . i did not event bother wait. This place for one night stay if u have a hookup .sorry this was my opinion last thing the night manager tried to jack the price about 90 dollars but i booked via hotel.com for better rate.

Design de chambre originale mais vue sur chantier

Hôtel bien placé à proximité de la baie de Gammart, je noterais dans les points positifs : - emplacement idéal pour visiter la banlieue nord de Tunis - design des chambres - service de voiturier de qualité Néanmoins mon séjour a été perturbé par des travaux juste en face de la suite (chambre avec vue sur mer réservée initialement), la proposition d’une autre chambre aurais été un plus. Les points négatifs : - réceptionniste de nuit incompétent (me demande de régler une 2nd fois ma réservation, j’ai dû être amené à justifier avec mon relevé de compte le débit) - pas de proposition du petit déjeuner sur place - marbre au sol non entretenu - 1 seule serviette de bain proposée alors que nous sommes un couple - pas de retour de la part de l’hôtel, ni d’effort de présentation sachant que depuis le mois de mai j’évoquais par le biais de la messagerie que nous venons y séjourner dans le cadre d’un voyage de noce - 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 2 nuits alors qu’en général 2 rouleaux devraient être mis à disposition - coffre fort non fonctionnel - pas d’eau chaude dans la douche
